Angora Class have been exploring what life was like when our grandparents were young, including interviewing some visiting grandparents to hear their stories first-hand. In English, we studied The Gruffalo and enjoyed a drama workshop with Ian from KiC Theatre. In Maths, we focused on understanding place value to 10. In Design and Technology, the class learned about stable structures and created their own sturdy pencil pots. As part of our environmental focus, we completed a litter pick around the school to explore how litter affects our environment and ways we can help care for it.
