We are a one form entry primary school which was established in September 2013 and we pride ourselves on being at ‘The heart of the Community’.

Our website has been designed to provide all the essential information about our school and we hope that you find it easy to use. Rotakids

Rotakids Our 'Rotakids' group have been very busy fundraising this year. During an assembly, members from the local Rotary Club came and presented badges to our Rotakids as well as the Rotakids from Phoenix Community Primary School.

Comic relief

Our Rotakids club (with a little bit of help from Mrs Cooper) organised the fundraising for Comic Relief this year. We came to school dressed in red, had a cake sale and a disco at lunchtime. Some of older children in the group also led an assembly to tell us why we raise money and where our money goes.

Spelling Bee

CARE trust Spelling Bee We joined the other schools in the Care Trust to run a spelling bee. Year 5/6 went to Mersham, Year 3/4 went to Challock and Year 1/2 held their spelling bee in their own schools. Well done for learning your spellings!

Reading opens the mind!

Reading opens the mind! To celebrate 'World Book Day', we did some buddy reading across the school: we also invited our parents in to read with us. In class, we made large book characters to display in the hall. Rather than dressing up this year, the children decorated a potato at home to look like some of our favourite book characters - we were so impressed with their achievements!
