We are a one form entry primary school which was established in September 2013 and we pride ourselves on being at ‘The heart of the Community’.
Our website has been designed to provide all the essential information about our school and we hope that you find it easy to use. It is regularly being updated with news, events and all the key dates for the year but If you do have any enquiries, or require a hard copy of any of the documents available, please contact Mrs Seal via the school office.
Our Rotakids club (with a little bit of help from Mrs Cooper) organised the fundraising for Comic Relief this year. We came to school dressed in red, had a cake sale and a disco at lunchtime. Some of older children in the group also led an assembly to tell us why we raise money and where our money goes.
Reading opens the mind!
To celebrate 'World Book Day', we did some buddy reading across the school: we also invited our parents in to read with us. In class, we made large book characters to display in the hall. Rather than dressing up this year, the children decorated a potato at home to look like some of our favourite book characters - we were so impressed with their achievements!
Christmas 2018
We had a fantastic time celebrating Christmas as Goat Lees. It was extremely busy with productions, a Christmas Fair (organised by FoGL), class parties and of course the Christmas lunch. Thank you to everyone for making it such a memorable time!
