We are a one form entry primary school which was established in September 2013 and we pride ourselves on being at ‘The heart of the Community’.
Our website has been designed to provide all the essential information about our school and we hope that you find it easy to use. It is regularly being updated with news, events and all the key dates for the year but If you do have any enquiries, or require a hard copy of any of the documents available, please contact Mrs Seal via the school office.
Our choir sings at Gerlach House.
On Tuesday 3 December, Mrs Davies took the choir to sing at Gerlach House. The children sounded fantastic and many of the residents joined in with some Christmas favourites such as 'Rocking around the Christmas tree..' and 'Jingle bells.' A year 6 pupil played 'The holly and the ivy' on the flute and we also got to meet Santa.
Bug Hotels
This term, the school council decided to set a competition for the whole school. They asked each class to design and make a bug hotel for our nature walk which we're developing. The children bought things in they collected from home and we had a great time making them. Well done to Year 5 for their winning entry!
Children in Need 2019
The Rotakids and Mrs Cooper organised this fundraising event for us. We got to come to school dressed in our pjs, turned one of friends as yellow as possible, held a cake sale AND raised enough money to put a pie in Mr Harlow's face! Thank you to everyone who supported us, we raised just over £350 which we think is amazing!
