Alpine Class visit Godinton House

Alpine Class went to visit Godinton House to learn all about the importance of bees. They looked amazing dressed in black and yellow and certainly buzzed about the gardens! The children made seed bombs which they will plant in school, when they are ready. We also learnt how bees help to pollinate so many fruits and vegetable which we love to eat. In the afternoon, the chidlren tried four different types of honey back in school and practised being bees! Thank you to Helen at Godinton House who led some fantastic activities for us.

Everyone was then taken to the Designer Outlet conference room where, after a short 'thank you' to all concerned, there was pizza for lunch - delicious!
